Our Story

Practice Plan was born from a simple frustration: why was practice planning still so time-consuming and disorganized in 2024? As coaches ourselves, we spent hours creating practice plans in spreadsheets, Word documents, and notebooks. When game day came, we'd scramble to find old drills, forgotten playbooks, and handwritten notes.

We knew there had to be a better way.

In 2020, we launched the first version of Practice Plan. It was simple: create practice plans, organize drills, and export PDFs. Coaches loved it, and we kept building.

Today, Practice Plan 6.0 is the most advanced practice planning platform available. From real-time practice timers to collaborative commenting, from analytics dashboards to team branding, we've built everything coaches asked for—and more.
