Practice Plan provides a platform for coaches, athletes, and teams to create, manage, and track practice plans, activities, and schedules. The Service includes web and mobile applications.

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and account
• Accept all responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscription and Payment

Practice Plan offers both free and paid subscription plans. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to:

• Pay all fees associated with your chosen subscription plan
• Provide current, complete, and accurate billing information
• Automatic renewal of your subscription unless cancelled prior to the renewal date
• All payments are non-refundable except as required by law

5. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create, upload, or share through the Service ("User Content"). By using the Service, you grant Practice Plan a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your User Content solely for the purpose of providing and improving the Service.

You are solely responsible for your User Content and agree not to upload content that:

• Violates any law or regulation
• Infringes on intellectual property rights of others
• Contains harmful, threatening, or abusive material
• Contains viruses or malicious code
